Because our sugars are carefully infused and prepared fresh, processing times may vary depending on current order volume and infusion schedules. Orders will be shipped as soon as the infusion process is complete and the product meets our quality standards.

We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive in good condition. Every order is securely packed to protect the integrity of the product during transit.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will always do our best to assist with any shipping concerns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
